It's Friday March 31st, and in two days, Dad and I are supposed to start the first leg of our journey - a 9 hour trip to Bangkok and 4 days in Thailand. I'ts more than likely only one of us will make that journey :( I've been sick... throat infection, fevers, and i've had a solidly blocked nose for 3 days now. No ear-popping, no flying i'm afraid.
The travel agent says that it's no drama to put the trip back a day or two, and so I might end up having to do the 'long haul' from Sydney, and meet up wtih dad in Bangkok for our onward journey to London via Dubai.
I hope we'll have time to pop in here and tell you about our days, and that you'll do the same and keep us up to date with what's happening in your life. Travelling is all well and good, but it's the friends that we're coming home to that are the irreplaceable icing of the cake.

for both of us. you are just about to embark on an interesting journey around the world...fantastic...enjoy! I have ben lucky enough to fit in alot of travelling before meeting Lachlan and having kiddy kats!
i hope you are well enought o fly, and if not that you don't miss a thing, which i am sure you won't! get better!!
me, married, 2 kids. Lachlan and I got married September 28 2002, then Jessica was born July 18 2003, and Ryley our new addition was born on September 28 2005!! yes, on our 3rd wedding anniversary! well timed! so we have a girl and a boy, very cool. loving being their mummy most of the time lol, its the best thing and the hardest thing i have done at the same time!
i would love to catch up properly sometime. Mum said she saw you recently and said hi, thats great.
as i said, i hope you get better, and have an awesome time away! how long are you gone for?

Maths Camp
Hey... I saw your post about Maths Camp - do you do other stuff, or just maths all day?Do you have to do hikes, and ropes, and the flying fox? Do you have camp fires? Or is it strictly maths, maths, maths... do they make it fun? are you going with anyone you know?
